SPECIAL MEETING JULY BOARD OF REVIEW
The Supervisor has called a Special Meeting of the Township Board of Review to be held:
Tuesday, July 21, 2020 @ 7 PM Blue Lake Township Hall 1491 Owasippe Rd Twin Lake, MI 49457
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Correct qualified errors
- Consider Principal Residence appeals
- Consider Poverty Exemption appeals
- Consider Disabled Veterans Exemption appeals
- Executive Order 2020-87
a. Allows a temporary extension of March Board of Review appeals.
b. A resident taxpayer may file a protest before the JBOR by letter without personal appearance by the taxpayer or his or her agent
c. This order does not provide for a rehearing or reconsideration of a protest, request, or other property tax matter that was previously denied by a March BOR.
