The Planning Commission Meeting started at 6:41 PM
Present were: Mike Sikkenga, Lyle Monette, Mark Slater
Absent: Greg Rice, Jim Cordray
Perfection of Agenda: None
Minutes: Mark made a motion to approve the minutes dated July 14, 2021 and Lyle seconded the motion. The minutes were unanimously approved.
Member Reports: Lyle noted that any time sensitive topic can addressed by calling for a special meeting or the next scheduled meeting as necessary.
Task of the Meeting: There were no items on the agenda
Next Meeting: Jan 12, 2022 at 6:30 PM
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Mark and seconded by Lyle
