NOTICE – October 11, 2012
Blue Lake Township would like to host a flu shot clinic to be given by the Visiting Nurses on October 11, 2012.
In order to accomplish this, the Township will need to
pre-register 20 people.

A notice will be posted if there are enough people pre-registered.
