Recommendation for Clerk – Lyle moved, Debbie supported a motion to appoint Jeff Abram to the position of clerk. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
Swearing in of Clerk
Clerk recommendation for Deputy Clerk – Debbie moved, Lyle supported a motion to approve appointment of Laura Pycraft to the position of deputy clerk. Roll call vote: 5 yes. Motion carried.
The board agreed to move the regular township meeting to June 20, 2016.
