Meeting opened at 6:30 PM.

Motion by Debbie, support by Lyle to approve the minutes of the May 13, 2019 regular board meeting. Motion carried on voice vote.
Perfection of agenda: None
Motion by Debbie, support by Lyle to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried on voice vote.

Agenda Items
A. Supervisor
- Building permit fee schedule review and update – Motion by Debbie, support by Todd to table the discussion until the July meeting. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
- Ordinance enforcer computer shared use discussion – Ordinance Enforcer Jeff Lucht present for discussion. Melonie will wait to hear from the Grant Township supervisor.
- Community forest clean up – Motion by Todd, support by Debbie to approve rental of up to three dumpsters at a cost up to $1000 for community forest clean up. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
B. Treasurer
- Brine update – Brining scheduled to begin June 17. Scraping of gravel roads to begin this week.
C. Trustee – Todd
- WLASWA update – Construction beginning on repairs on the upper portion of the dumpster area. May cause some delays.
D. Fire Chief
- Monthly report – Chief Petrie absent. Written report available.
E. Accounts Payable
- Motion by Lyle, support by Debbie to approve the May 2019 expenses in the amount of $17,200.74. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
- Motion by Lyle, support by Debbie to approve the May 2019 net payroll in the amount of $13,868.02. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
- Motion by Lyle, support by Debbie to approve the May 2019 federal EFTPS in the amount of $3,119.09. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
- Motion by Lyle, support by Debbie to approve the May 2019 state EFTPS in the amount of $744.30. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
County Commissioner Ken Mahoney present.
Public Comments:
- Kevin McCabe – The board is spending thousands of taxpayers’ dollars needlessly.
- Mike Hansen – Question on ownership of Brown’s Pond Dam. Regarding new ordinance on non-motorized vehicles on the dam – to save money on putting up barriers, have the ordinance enforcer talk to the offending party.
- Debbie Therrian – Commented on Mr. McCabe’s disrespectful attitudes and actions toward the township board.
