Meeting opened at 6:30 PM.
Present: Jeff Abram, Melonie Arbogast, Todd Conzemius, Lyle Monette
Absent: Debbie Therrian (excused)
Motion by Jeff, support by Todd to approve the minutes of the October 14, 2019 regular board meeting. Motion carried on voice vote.
Perfection of agenda: None
Motion by Jeff, support by Todd to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried on voice vote.

Agenda Items
A. Supervisor
- Snow plow contract – Motion by Lyle, support by Todd to approve Doc. #20191112-03 snow plow contract with Harold C. Osborne, Inc. for the 2019-2020 season. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
- Community forest– Motion by Jeff, support by Todd to purchase and install 4×4 posts with signs at community forest entrances not to exceed $1000.00. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
B. Clerk
- Owasippe Lake SAD contract – Motion by Todd, support by Lyle to approve Doc. #20191112-01 Owasippe Lake SAD contract with PLM Lake & Management Corp. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
- Budget amendments – Motion by Todd, support by Lyle to approve Doc. #20191112-02 FY 2020 budget proposed amendments. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
C. Trustee – Lyle
- Zoning Ordinance Chapter 380 – The zoning ordinance chapter 380 and regulatory ordinances resolution and draft was given to the board for review. Will be considered at the December meeting for adoption.
D. Trustee – Todd
- WLASWA Pride Days update – Will have more information for discussion at the December meeting regarding funding and coupon dispersal.
E. Fire Chief
- Monthly report – Deputy Chief Knop reviewed the monthly report with the board.
F. Accounts Payable
- Motion by Lyle, support by Todd to approve the October 2019 expenses in the amount of $36,544.10. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
- Motion by Lyle, support by Todd to approve the October 2019 net payroll in the amount of $15,756.51. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
- Motion by Lyle, support by Todd to approve the October 2019 federal EFTPS in the amount of $3,675.79. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
- Motion by Lyle, support by Todd to approve the October 2019 state EFTPS in the amount of $851.81. Roll call vote: 4 yes. Motion carried.
Board Comments:
- Melonie thanked the Planning Commission for all of their hard work.
Public Comments:
- Dale Weisner – The speaker system is not working very well. Had questions on hunting, fishing, & camping on Blue Lake Township property. Requested an order for the upcoming Fire Department Bake Sale.
