Present: Jeff Abram, Melonie Arbogast, Todd Conzemius, Lyle Monette
Absent: Debbie Therrian (excused)
Motion by Todd, support by Lyle to approve the minutes of the July 13, 2020 regular board meeting.
Motion carried on voice vote.
Perfection of agenda: None
Motion by Todd, support by Lyle to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried on voice vote.

Supervisor
• Charter franchise agreement – Motion by Jeff, support by Lyle to approve Doc.
#20200810-01 (Charter franchise agreement) with 5% fee rate. Roll call vote: 4 Yes.
Motion carried.
Fire Chief
• Monthly report – Chief Knop reviewed the monthly report with the board
Accounts Payable
• Motion by Lyle, support by Todd to approve the July 2020 expenses in the amount of
$7,943.68. Roll call vote; 4 yes. Motion carried.
• Motion by Lyle, support by Todd to approve the July 2020 net payroll in the amount of
$14,321.61. Roll call vote; 4 yes. Motion carried.
• Motion by Lyle, support by Todd to approve the July 2020 federal EFTPS in the amount of
$3,252.15 Roll call vote; 4 yes. Motion carried.
• Motion by Lyle, support by Todd to approve the July 2020 state EFTPS in the amount of
$581.95. Roll call vote; 5 yes. Motion carried.
Board Comments
• Melonie – Thanked the fire department for getting information out quickly to the public
regarding Camp Pendalouan.
Motion by Jeff, support by Todd to adjourn meeting at 6:49 PM. Motion carried.
