The Planning Commission Meeting started at 6:50 PM
Present were: Mike Sikkenga, Lyle Monette, Mark Slater, Greg Rice
Absent: Jim Cordray
Perfection of Agenda: Review proposed ordinance language
Minutes: Greg made a motion to approve the minutes dated October 13, 2021 and Lyle seconded the motion. The minutes were unanimously approved.

Task of the Meeting:
The township attorney prepared some of the language for a proposed text amendment ordinance which the planning commission reviewed.
The zoning administrator put forth an email with some grammatical corrections to the existing ordinance language along with some concerns he has about animals and farming.
There was also a concern he had regarding driveways on private streets and roads. More information will be prepared regarding streets and roads for the special meeting scheduled for next month. All the proposed changes will be addressed in a proposed text amendment ordinance to be prepared by the attorney once final language is determined. From there the planning commission will schedule a public hearing for the proposed changes.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Mike and seconded by Greg
