The Planning Commission Meeting started at 6:40 PM
Present were: Mike Sikkenga, Blake Richardson, Greg Rice
Absent: Jim Cordray (excused) Lyle Monette (excused)
Guests: None
Perfection of Agenda: Change in names on the planning member reports
Minutes: Greg made a motion to approve the minutes dated July 13, 2022 and Blake seconded the motion. The minutes were unanimously approved.
Member Reports: Mike – Part of the Hyde Park Estates PUD was recently sold. The zoning administrator is looking into how the next two phases of the PUD are affected by the sale.
New Business: None
